KB founded the social glue of sydney, an inclusive collage-making collective that meets four times a month in inner-city Sydney for focussed exploration of the medium of collage.
The Social Glue of Sydney meets every second Wednesday evening and every second Saturday daytime.
All are welcome, regardless of previous experience.
We love to have a mix of attendees in these focused studio sessions, ranging from first-timers to experienced collage artists.
Instruction occurs as we work communally around the table, but there are no formal exercises or instructors.
We ask only that people approach these sessions as dedicated studio sessions focussed around the art practice of collage.
There is no expectation that participants produce anything, but this is an art-making gathering with a social component, rather than a social gathering where we make some art.

2022at every meet of the social glue since it's inception in 2017, attendees collage a "calling card" that they then leave behind to add to a growing visitors book in the form of individual miniature collage works. This is a selection of some of those collage cards with the individual creators credited.
