tidal boundaries

action 18: fence shadow tracing over collaborative drawing (2)

the eighteenth in a sequence of environmentally responsive actions undertaken at Redleaf beach in Sydney's east over the course of a 4 month residency.

method/practice/medium: shadow, metallic watercolour, collaborative drawing

process/score: place a collaborative drawing created by other members of "the little umbrella collective" under the fence between redleaf and 7 shillings beaches. Position an artist either side and trace the shadows that fall across the canvas in gold watercolour.
